I originally came from Portugal and have worked in various industries all over Europe. Since arriving in the UK in 2012, I have worked for several care companies. It was while working for them that I discovered that my real passion was delivering care to those who need it. I have watched and learned the business thoroughly. Three years ago, I decided that it was time for me to become a care provider myself. I now have leave to stay permanently in the UK. My intention from the beginning has been to offer a service with a difference that is second to none.

My vision offers a totally holistic approach to individual clients. Giving them and their families what they want, rather than what a company will offer. I believe this is the way forward to ensure those who need care are treated as individuals with dignity and grace.

I am Portuguese with leave to stay in the UK permanently. I arrived here in the UK in 2014. I have a degree in Naturopathy and Traditional Medicine Holistic from the Institute of Traditional Medicine – Lisbon. I have worked both in domiciliary care and with a housing association in particular, with the Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association (bpha) which has given me the management experience I need in all aspects of delivering care.

My partner and I, set up M&C Home Support to make a difference to individuals who need help, care and support. We offer a Gold Standard package of care with compassion. The package will be developed with the client and their families. This will enable us to deliver what you want, rather than a one size fits all arrangement. It is my experience that care companies often offer a package that suits their timetable, rather than what you want as an individual.
