This will not however, not be set in stone we shall listen to you as we go along and any change that you would like will be implemented.

We are careful to match you with a carer who you will enjoy seeing on a regular basis. We will consider your gender preferences and change the carer if you are not entirely happy.
We will offer the care that you want, whether that be a daily shower/bath, a bed bath, or a strip wash. All our carers are trained that during this time they will assess the body by ensuring pressure areas are checked and changes in the nutritional status of their body is noted.

We will support you in keeping links with the community, maintain your network of friends and family and help you to visit shops and places of interest where agreed as part of your Care Plan.

M&C Home Support Ltd actively promotes Service Users’ normal social networks and social activities and the level of support required will be agreed as part of your Care Plan.
Each Service User’s Care Plan includes a facility for recording life history, social networks and contacts, and preferences for activities and hobbies, so that you can assure that these are a part of everyday life.

Respite Care

Whether this is to give relatives a rest for just a night, or for several days and nights. We can assure you that your loved one will be safe in our hands.
Should your loved one like to take a holiday, we can arrange support with one of our carers to accompany them either for a short break or a longer holiday.
